Hairy Armadillo naturally fermented sparkling tea is a non-alcoholic alternative modeled on the experience of great sparkling wine, without trying to copy or imitate them. We harness the ancient traditions of tea sommeliering and modern  fermentation to deliver exceptional depth, flavour and complexity. The result is a sophisticated class of non-alcoholic beverages that sit comfortably in stemware.

The profile is light and dry with floral and fruit notes and the right balance of acidity,.  Our Sparkling Tea is the perfect aperitif or elegant non-alc sparkling wine alternative for those moments best savoured with a drink in hand.  

Our Sparkling Tea is a natural source of nootropics and adaptogens which is on-trend -- caffeine, l-theanine, and polyphenols (like catechins and flavonoids) combine to provide an energy boost, increase focus, help anxiety and promote relaxation, without the crash. 

Everything including packaging is done in-house from our fermentery located in Warburton, Victoria which allows us to control the quality of each small batch we produce. The product is packaged in 750ml sparkling wine bottles or convenient 250ml beverage cans.
