Alcohol Policy

Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.

Please note: this is 750mL so you get that bonus 50ml extra.

The rums that make up the 21 Year Old Nassau Valley Casks are hand-selected and crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, and have all been aged for a minimum of 21 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: A coppery, tawny hue, with excellent purity.

Palate: Powerful, yet with delicate citrus, spice, and woody notes. You’ll also discover mellow orange peel, deep vanilla, rich nutmeg, warm coffee, and cocoa notes.

Finish: The finish is long and dry, with a brown sugar sweetness that does not claw at the palate.

"The nose yields a heavy dose of oak that blends effortlessly with caramel, melted brown sugar, vanilla and Appleton's signature flamed orange note. There is virtually no astringency. The rum enters with moderate heat, and as the oaky base coats the tongue, an undercurrent of sweetness comes in to round things out. Another sip and the oak is still persistent, but now there is also milk chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, and allspice. Woven throughout the spices and treats from the bakery is a hint of citrus, dark cherries, and a bit of almond and walnut. The finish is long and complex with oaky tannins lingering as the fruity esters fade." - Josh Miller, Distiller
