A non chill filtered 100% Rye Mashbill began with Elbon Rye from Northwest Texas accompanied by crystal, chocolate and roasted rye. From grain to glass this Rye has been crafted in copper pot stills, bringing new subtle fruit and chocolate notes to an American favourite.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Soft charred oak, black tea and cracked pepper open up to fruit and chocolate covered cherries.

Taste: Creamy buttery toffee, building to peppery spice notes with hints of coffee and nuts.

Finish: Peanut butter and dark chocolate.

"A quirky all-rye mashbill delivers a memorable rich sip from the heart of Texas." - Jordan Moskal, Breaking Bourbon

"The nose has a bright note of lime, as well as dried herbs including coriander, parsley, and dill. Bonfire smoke and charred oak are in the mix, along with rich caramel. The palate blends sweet vanilla and toffee with smoked wood, apples, peanut shells, and a peppery spice embellishing the background. The finish is dark chocolate, espresso, peanut brittle, and more charred oak, along with a lingering, pleasant cigar aftertaste." - David Fleming, Whisky Advocate (89 Points)
