Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.

Glenfiddich Grand Cru 23 Year Old Cuvée Cask Finish will have you sparkling in more ways than one, with floral notes and rose petals, a tantalizingly silky palate with peaches and white chocolate, finishing with well-refined soft toffee oak.
Delicate peaches and cream coat the mouth on top of buttered scones amidst a drop of vanilla. Toasted sourdough with a dusting of cinnamon and a trace of nutmeg transitions through to white chocolate.
Floral notes of autumn leaves and rose petals move into potpourri. Fresh brioche gives way to orchard fruits of apples and pears then finishes up with stewed plums and toffee.
Elegant and velvety. Apricot jam and caramel jerseys combine before hazelnuts and soft old oak round out this mouthwatering journey.
