The Diamond Tribute was released in 2013 to coincide with the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's coronation. It is said that only the best casks from Strathisla Distillery were selected for this limited edition.
The Diamond Tribute takes its name from the most precious of gems and is in-keeping with the Royal Salute tradition of expertly blending only the most precious aged whiskies.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Concentrated rich fruit aromas of peaches, complemented by a sensation of sherry and a wonderful spicy liquorice tang.
Taste: Full and exceptionally sweet. Rich creamy toffee flavours intermingled with juicy moist raisins.
