2024 Release
13th Colony casks strength bourbon is our Flagship straight bourbon whiskey but bottled at full barrel strength. Uncut for maximum flavour. Each release of our cask strength bourbon is its own unique batch with a distinctive proof point and is limited in quantity.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Black cherry balsamic reduction, black licorice, pears and green apple, dark cocoa powder and barbeque smoke and toasted vanilla bean.
Taste: Corn and apple skins wrapped in smoke. Danish butter cookie with cinnamon and clove. Warm medium finish with notes of smoke, caramel and toasted black pepper.
