Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.
The latest addition to our annual wine cask series is a limited edition Aberfeldy Single Malt, exclusively available in the UK at Aberfeldy Distillery.
After a maturation period of 18 years in a combination of 1st fill Bourbon, rechar, and refill casks, this whisky is further enhanced with a finishing period of approximately 4-5 months in Côte Rôtie wine casks, sourced from the Rhône Valley. Côte Rôtie is known for its robust and refined red wine.
Malt Master Stephanie MacLeod selected the Côte Rôtie casks for their ability to impart expressive and seductive qualities, delivering a silky texture and luscious red berry characteristics. Stephanie describes this whisky as a sumptuous dram, brimming with intense notes of rich red berries like raspberry, lingonberry, and red currants, all enveloped in a layer of honey. It evokes the essence of an Eton Mess dessert, with a hint of candied citrus peel for balance, followed by a velvety transition to smooth vanilla and butterscotch sweetness.
