Alcohol Policy

Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.

Distilled in India, this single malt is made from Scottish barley that has been malted and dried in an intense peat kiln at Port Ellen. Impressively mature, this version is clearly a serious competitor for the symbolic title of the world’s best young peated whisky.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Powerful. Notes of camphor, roasted walnuts, citrus fruit (lemon) and spices.

Palate: Round. Aromas of peat and smoke. Notes of coffee and milk chocolate. Opens with candied fruit (pear, apple) and heady florals.

Overall: Long. Vegetal and herbaceous notes followed by tar and disinfectant.

"The whisky, naturally, is a bit muted without adding water, but opens up with the smoke, barrel spices, and a touch of cherry fruit. Cigar smoke continues on the palate, but orchard fruit and cherries are found as well. The finish is quite dry and wood spice filled with a dash of bitter dark chocolate." - Stephanie Moreno, Distiller
