You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping, and safe and protective packaging to avoid breakage in transit. If the item is not received, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We strongly recommend you insure high-value items that you return for change of mind and opt for additional tracking with signature upon delivery.
You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or credit only when the returned product is received, unbroken and in a condition for resale.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

Producer Background:
Ngeringa Wines is committed to organic and biodynamic practices, aiming to craft wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Adelaide Hills. Their meticulous approach to sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in the winery ensures the wines express purity, balance, and authenticity.
Flavour Profile:
- Appearance: Deep ruby with violet hues.
- Nose: Abundant aromas of dark cherries, blueberries, plums, violets, and allspice, complemented by musky rose hints, black pepper, dark chocolate, and fine oak toast.
- Palate: Medium-bodied yet full-flavoured, with approachable silky tannins, vibrant fruit characters, and a fabulous length. The wine shows potential to develop beautifully over the next decade, gaining complexity with age.
Winemaking Details:
The Syrah was gently hand harvested into small 15kg crates and mostly destemmed into small batch fermenters, with a portion of whole bunches placed at the bottom. Grapes were gently plunged by hand or feet up to twice daily for extended extraction over three to four weeks. Pressed into 40% new French oak barriques (228L) and Puncheons (500L), it matured for 18 months. A small dose of sulfur was added at blending, prior to bottling. No added yeast, enzymes, fining, or filtration were used, preserving the wine's natural character.
