Please note: this is 750ml

The source of the limestone-filtered water used to craft our rums. The blend of rare hand-selected pot and column still rums have all been aged for a minimum of 15 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.

Copper hue appearance with a honey gold ring of age: The beautiful colours developed over a minimum of 15 years of ageing in the tropics.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of toasted almond and hazelnut, followed by notes of orange peel, vanilla and hints of roasted coffee and molasses. No added flavours or adjectives are needed to explain a rum that speaks for itself.

So rich and full-bodied, both enjoyed neat or on the rocks, you'll regret having only five senses.

"The nose is a gorgeous funk, with herbal aromas of fresh sage, tarragon, bayleaf, coffee and honeycomb. On the palate, there is burnt sugar and coffee (or coffee flavored crème brulée), with orange zest and sweet spices. It's somehow a bit less herbaceous on the palate than it is in the nose, but some of that fresh herbal quality is definitely there in the back palate, along with some more of that earthy funk. The rum finishes clean, balanced and spicy, with just a bit of heat." - Amanda Schuster, Distiller (94 Points)
