A limited-edition of Blackwoods' 2017 Vintage Dry Gin, bottled at 60% ABV to reflect the 60 degree latitude on which its home, the Shetland Islands, lie. More intense but just as lovely as the standard 2017 Vintage, this has notes of citrus and spice beautifully supported by a backbone of juniper and coriander.
Blackwoods is the original vintage Gin, made in small batches using a traditional copper pot still. Each vintage is subtly different, the flavour being determined by the availability of our handpicked Shetland botanicals. Each variant in the Blackwoods range is an award winning spirit.
Our first medal dates back to our first vintage in 2005, and our various vintages throughout the years have continued to win awards since. Our highest accolades include a Double Gold medal at the prestigious San Francisco Spirits awards and Gold at the Gin Masters.
