WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.
Bowmore 2004 SMWS 17 Year Old 3.322 Single Malt Whisky 'Pirates From The Hebridean’ This whisky was distilled on 16th February 2004 and has been aged for 14 years in an ex-bourbon barrel, then transferred into a re-fill bourbon barrel that previously matured rum from Guyana, where rested for another 3 years. Distilled at Bowmore distillery and bottled by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS). Only 189 bottles released. Nose: Salty coconut smoke, medicinal, maritime, minty, discreet bergamot black tea. Taste: Sweet, spicy, thick and syrupy, ashes, rum, more exotic fruits like papaya and pineapple come to the fore as time goes by. The Bowmore signature is quite discreet, but it’s there. Finish: Short, sweet mint and a little salt.
