We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014 is a heavily peated Islay single malt that perfectly balances smoky intensity with the influence of locally grown barley. Distilled from 100% Islay-grown Concerto and Propino barley sourced from eight farms within 15 miles of the distillery, this expression showcases Bruichladdich's commitment to terroir and provenance. Matured for seven years in a combination of 84% first-fill bourbon casks, 8% second-fill virgin oak casks, and 8% second-fill Bordeaux wine casks, it is bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill filtered, and naturally coloured.
The nose opens with malty digestive biscuits, peat embers, vanilla, honey and crème brûlée before revealing layers of grapefruit, ripe melon, peach and red apple. On the palate, bright citrus and sweet stone fruits intertwine with gentle peat smoke, maritime minerality and toasted oak, while hints of coconut, marzipan and tobacco add complexity. The finish is long and beautifully balanced, leaving lingering notes of toasted oak sweetness, ripe fruit and subtle barbecue smoke. A superb example of modern Islay whisky, Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014 delivers depth, character and authenticity in every sip.
