The Single Malt was finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry barrels hand selected by Bushmills’ Master Blender Helen Mulholland. Nose: Dough, bread, vanilla, citrus, hazelnut, sweet, caramel, honey, milk chocolate, toasted oak background, spice. Taste: Honey, nutty, figs, brown sugar, chocolate, raisins, caramel, stone fruit (peach), spicy, toasted oak, ginger, metallic note. Finish: Toasted oak, nutty, dry, dried fruits, medium to long.

Nose: Tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, vanilla, austere notes, some herbs, honeydew, little hay and cereals, little leafy notes, hint of green fruits, green banana. Taste: Oily, creamy, fruity, subtle sweetness, vanilla, some tropical fruits, austere notes, some herbs, spices, little honey. Finish: Medium long, warm, fruity, spicy.
