Ingredients:
- 45ml Cello Bella Green Apple Liqueur
- 90ml Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 30ml soda water
- Ice
- Fresh green apple slices and mint to garnish
Method:
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add Cello Bella Green Apple Liqueur.
- Pour in the Prosecco and top with soda water.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with a green apple slice and a sprig of mint.
