We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The Chaquira Reserva de El Jaquar brand of tequilas honours the Huichol art, colours, and culture of Mexico. The Huicholes are indigenous peoples living in the mountainous areas of northern Jalisco and parts of Nayarit in North Central Mexico in the towns of San Andreas, Santa Catarina and San Sebastian. Huicholes as a name is derived from the word Wirráka meaning soothsayer or medicine. Huichol modern beadwork consists of masks and wood sculptures covered in small brightly coloured beads fastened with wax and resin. The Chaquira bottles reflect this art style with their vibrancy and patterns. The Extra Añejo bottle in particular is covered in an array of rainbow coloured beading around the jaguar head crafted by hand.
