WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.
Chivas Royal Salute 21 Year Old Snow Polo Edition Royal Salute was created in 1953 to mark the coronation of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The name of this exceptional Scotch Whisky comes from the 21 Gun Royal Salute, which is fired from the Tower of London for royal celebrations. The blend is the result of a selection of rare and exceptional Scotch whiskies, matured for a minimum of 21 years. Royal Salute has a long and proud association with polo, sponsoring international tournaments and special events around the world. This is the Snow Polo Edition, carefully crafted to a higher than usual ABV of 46.5% to match the exact latitude of St Moritz, the Swiss resort where snow polo was first played against the backdrop of pristine, white mountain peaks. Nose: vanilla and caramel, smooth and sweet, with malted barley and oak adding depth. Taste: Rich, with elegantly layered flavours of vanilla and toffee. Finish: Long, satisfying finish. Note: Product has come from a private collection, minor markings are inevitable and collectors should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
