Limited to 520 Bottles

Calvados, like Cognac, is almost always a blend of many separately aged eaux-de-vie, so to find a single cask expression, let alone one that's been aged this long, is rare indeed. And because it comes from a single cask and not a blend, it can never be repeated. The 520 bottles produced are all that will ever exist.

This very special and rare eau-de-vie has been especially selected by our Cellar Master from our private stock for the Rarity Club.

Crafted with great precision, the style of a very old Calvados that is both fruity, slighty smoky and delicately spiced, has been created from its long aging in oak barrels, gifting us with notes of caramel, mocha, cocoa, roasted nuts and tobacco of great nobility.

This Single cask comes from the 1995 harvest, distilled in 1996 and bottled without reduction in November 2020. The exceptionally hot summer of 1995 in Normandy enabled us to obtain very aromatic eaux-de-vie with great aging potential.
