Returns
Original Beef Chief does not accept returns for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return you must return the unopened product to us. Generally, the most cost-effective method is to purchase a small prepaid satchel. As soon as the parcel is received your refund will be processed. You will receive a full refund for your entire order, less anything you've opened. We do not refund shipping costs.
Our policy term is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

THE CHIEF’S BEEF JERKY RECIPE
When you crack open a bag, you'll get that fragrant, intense smell of freshly cracked black pepper which gives you an idea of what’s to come. As you start chewing this beef jerky you'll release those flavours, that cracked pepper then carries to deep and matured woody notes.
Our recipe gets its richness from a dash of Worcestershire and a slight smokey tang from our famously smooth BBQ sauce.
Our Cracked Black Pepper is part of our Gluten Free Beef Jerky range so no one has to be deprived of delicious meaty snacking!
The black pepper used in our unique blend offers all flavour but no heat or burn, we think it's a 2/10 in heat - so it’s a great all-rounder Jerky.
