Oddbird Domaine de la Prade Organic Merlot & Shiraz is a fuller-bodied alcohol-free red that leans into depth, texture and savoury structure rather than sweetness. Produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of Southern France from organically grown Merlot and Shiraz grapes, it delivers dark fruit, gentle spice and soft tannins with a level of balance rarely found in non-alcoholic red wine.
Matured for 12 months before undergoing gentle de-alcoholisation, the wine retains far more character and complexity than many alcohol-free reds. Blackberry, plum and tart cherry notes sit alongside subtle earthy spice, while the finish remains dry and composed rather than jammy or confectionary.
