We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
To return your product, you need to mail your product to: 11 Hill End Road Doonside NSW 2767.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.
To make Curado, the distillery uses a blanco Tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco as a canvas, then they infuse the liquid with pieces of cooked Agave. At first the infusions only used Blue Agave from the state of Jalisco, but the project soon evolved to include other varieties of Agave from other regions of Mexico. They want to build bridges, not walls.
Curado is an innovative product, full of subtle nuances, continuing to respect the Mexican tradition and culture.
Curado Tequila Blanco - Infusión de Agave Cupreata has flavours of baked earth, cut grass, roasted agave and cooked bell peppers. A touch of honeyed sweetness develops.
