Two varieties that their flavours enhance each other, the rich berry fruit of the Cabernet Sauvignon interlaced with the smooth plum characters of the Merlot. Each variety is harvested separately when illustrating fruit with ripe tannins and vibrant flavours, which is then fermented on skins for 5-6 days at 22-28ºC with a combination of American and French oak.
