We are Earlybird, and our flagship Bushy-Tailed XPA is tropically hopped with passionfruit and pineapple characteristics, with a citrus and pine finish that's smooth and full of flavour. We embrace low attenuated yeast so our brewing doesn't boil off or dilute big flavours. We've had a lot of great feedback and we're just getting started. Our story was born with a single goal: to make the most of big nights and make way for even bigger mornings. To enjoy some sundowners with mates then get up early enough to soak in the odd sunrise here and there.
The recipe was developed in Perth, our HQ is in Sydney and the beer was brewed in Melbourne, so we're a national crew set on a national goal of helping Aussies take back tomorrow.
