This 100 proof version of the world's second largest selling Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged four years under U.S. Government Supervision to meet the exacting standards for Bottled-in-Bond.
First enacted by Congress in 1897 and still on the books today, Bottled-in-Bond guarantees quality and assures consumers the product is bottled at exactly 100 proof, the product of one distilling season at one distillery, aged at least four years, and clearly labeled with name of the distillery who made it and Distilled Spirits Plant (D.S.P.) number in which it was made and bottled.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright gold.
Nose: Caramel with hints of vanilla, oak, and barley.

Finish: Warm, long, and dry.
"Of course I’m going to recommend this bottle. There’s no situation where a bottle like this wouldn’t come in handy. You don’t even have to worry about the cork falling apart if you decide to store it for 10 or 20 years because it’s a screwcap." - The Bourbon Culture
"Full flavored but still smooth, this sweet tasting BiB bourbon won’t wow you, but offers enough versatility to make it a mainstay in any home bar" - Nick Beiter, Breaking Bourbon
"This is tough to get my head around, but in a good way. Just when I think I have a handle on this, it shifts into a different aroma or flavor entirely. There’s a breadth here that is beyond that of the Black Label, but also a tension that energizes this and makes it a great deal more fun to taste." - Taylor, Malt Review
"It’s yet another excellent “budget” bourbon from Heaven Hill, and you may end up really liking it too. I also prefer this to other budget favorites such as Wild Turkey 101 and Old Grand Dad 114." - Alex, The Whiskey Shelf
"I found myself remarking that this “is just a damn solid bourbon” while drinking it neat and was similarly pleased when using it to make cocktails. It truly checks all of the boxes that you’d hope a budget-minded bourbon would and possibly exceeds an expectation or two." - The Whiskey Ramble
"This is a fantastic value whiskey that punches above its weight. I would happily sit and drink this in almost any setting, with a set it and forget it profile that is instantly reminiscent of a classic bourbon profile." - The Whisky Study
"Normally when I do the under $20 bottle reviews, it’s a one-and-done kind of deal. I’m on my sixth bottle of Evan Williams Bottle-In-Bond. It’s my new go to budget whiskey and it’s readily available." - Bourbon Banter
