Innes Distillery, located on the stunning West Coast of Tasmania, specialises in a diverse range of liqueurs, vodkas, gins, and whiskies, with our first batch of rum on the horizon.
Miners Gold Brewery is situated in Beaconsfield, near the picturesque Tamar River. The brewery offers a core range of Miners Gold products and features a brand called Ocho, which produces both a staple selection and exciting limited-release cans.

This beer showcases a perfect blend of Wai-iti, Citra, Ella, and Nectaron hops, delivering notes of mango, passionfruit, and citrus with a gentle bitterness that’s incredibly drinkable.
The carefully selected malt profile—including pale malt, wheat malt, oat malt, rolled barley, caramalt, and carapils—creates the beer’s signature haze and smooth texture. Fermented with Simonaitis yeast, the fruity aromas are enhanced, rounding out the overall experience.
