The ABV varies from batch to batch 40%-52.3%. Nose: Cherry, apple, and vanilla custard. Taste: Vanilla, toffee and treacle. Finish: Long, even oak and cinnamon.

Nose: Complex aromas of crème brûlée, rum raisin, plum, and cherry notes. Taste: Apricots with hints of plum and juniper, maple syrup notes. Finish: Rich cedar finish, overtone of leather and spice lingering.

The result is George Dickel’s signature smoothness with spicy rye notes. This remarkable whisky was crafted by distilling a 95% Rye Whisky, among the highest rye content whiskies to be found. Nose: Caramel, vanilla, rye and brown sugar. Above all there is a pleasant fruitiness. Taste: Honey sauce, again fruit, caramel, vanilla and pleasant oak. Overall, soft and gentle. Finish: Mellow dry oak finish.
