At Stoke Wines, everything is done with respect towards Mother Nature. The vineyard is farmed regeneratively, prioritizing the well-being of the planet and future generations. The 2024 Chilled Red is crafted using native fermentation techniques, with select parcels of carbonically fermented Syrah and Pinot Noir, along with whole bunch pressed Cabernet Sauvignon. After fermentation, the wine is aged in neutral oak for six months to preserve its freshness and purity, with minimal added sulphites to maintain its natural character.
