Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods that have an expiry date.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.
Lautus De-Alcoholised Merlot 750ml
Great care was taken in producing and subsequent removal of the alcohol from this Merlot, in order to highlight the characteristics of plums, red cherries and fynbos. The palate is smooth and approachable, with well-balanced tannins.
Lautus Rosé De-Alcoholised 750ml
Lautus De-Alcoholised Rosé Wine has pure aromas of sweet redberry fruit with floral notes. The elegant palate shows a touch of sweetness, finishing fresh with the well-balanced acidity.
Lautus De-Alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc 750ml
Sauvignon Blanc white wine has pure aromas of gooseberry, capsicum and citrus. The elegant palate is underpinned by sumptuous tropical fruit and lime flavours, finishing with fresh acidity and lingering aftertaste. To be enjoyed in its purest and natural form without the restrictions of alcohol. Less than 0.5 percent alcohol. Perfect with aperitif, light meal and a vegetarian dish.
