Bottled at 48%, This golden malt was first matured in the finest American Barrels with an additional maturation period in Organic Rye Quarter Casks from Chicago’s Koval Distillery. The wood to liquid ratio is greater here, meaning the signature Rye spiciness has a greater impact on the spirit. We closely monitor the process to produce an exciting, sensational result.

"First impression is porridge with honey, accompanied by a touch of oak shavings, ripe banana, nutmeg and cinnamon. The mouthfeel is a tad thin, yet somewhat oily. Fairly spicy. Think cloves and ginger, with a touch of cinnamon and black pepper. While a bit of an odd duck, it is a very interesting concoction." - Thijs Klaverstijn, Distiller
