Alcohol Policy

Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.

This is a new limited Edition from Green Spot being aged in a combination of Bourbon and sherry casks and then with a finishing period in Bordeaux wine casks which previously held Chateau Leoville Barton Saint Julien wine which gives the whiskey a new dimension.

French oak initially on the nose with pot still spiciness. Floral notes with red berry fruits then orchard fruits. The palate has a lovely balance between oak and spice with vanilla and strawberries. The sweetness works well with the drier notes from the wine cask.

"Perhaps a bit on the sweet side, but would make a most pleasant aperitif or dessert whiskey, and like wine, would be fantastic with some creamy cheeses" - Amanda Schuster, Distiller
