Our Story
Meet Al and Jodie. Their adventure into the world of chic non-alcoholic drinks kicked off during the rollercoaster ride of the COVID-19 pandemic, navigating between Singapore and Australia.
During this time, Al and Jodie embraced what is now called a Zebra Striping. Zebra striping is a drinking trend that involves alternating between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It's a way to moderate alcohol consumption without giving up drinking altogether. Zebra striping has been picking up steam worldwide, led by GenZ and Millennials.
The problem for us was that we were struggling to find tasty non-alcoholic alternatives that weren't overly sweet.. Long story short, we quite our jobs and moved back to Australia to start a beverage company in the Yarra Valley. After three years of trial and error, we released our first AF sparkling tea to the market.
We don’t follow crowds. So you won’t find a base of de-alcoholised wine, wine juice concentrate, or verjuice in our brews. After all, we aren’t about trying to mimic wine. We use natural fermentation which yields nutritional benefits and enhances the delicate flavours and nuances of some of the worlds best tea.
In our quest for perfect body, mouthfeel, and flavour, we’ve trailblazed our own path with propritary fermentation process. Our unique recipe, prolonged fermentation, and non-saccharomyces yeast strain creates an alcohol-free alternative that’s right at home in stemware.

Cancellation and Change of Mind
We want your purchase experience to be delightful. If you’re unhappy with the products or have a change of heart, please contact us through your CellarsMarket account within 14 days of receiving your order. You may return unopened products for a refund or credit, provided they are in a saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (though we may offer a subsidized return label). Refunds/credits will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned products.
To initiate a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Products Damaged During Delivery and Faulty Products
If the product you received is damaged during delivery or deemed faulty:
Contact us promptly. We may request photos showing the damage or fault, including any damage to the packaging.
We may arrange for the damaged product’s collection or instruct you on how to dispose of it safely. We’ll replace it with an equivalent product or offer a credit/refund if you contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product.
Response Time
We aim to process repair, replacement, or refund requests within 5 business days upon receipt. If a third-party investigation (e.g., Australia Post) is necessary, we’ll wait for the investigation’s outcome before issuing replacements or refunds.
How to Return Products
You can reach out to us per the instructions at the end of this Policy to discuss a return. Unless stated otherwise at our discretion, refunds will be issued using the same method as the original purchase or to the same account/credit card used for the purchase. Proof of purchase is required for eligibility for refunds, repairs, or replacements.
Non Alcoholic
Sparkling tea, featuring single-origin Darjeeling second flush tea, Hibiscus flowers and native Australian Lemongrass, known as Maarr.
