Returns
We have a strict 14-day return policy. We will not accept the return of any items 14 days after the day of purchase. Items being returned must also be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as the item was when received by you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned product. Where refunds are provided, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund if the item you return is not in its original condition, damaged, or not complete, in any way. However, we may provide a full refund if the change in condition or damage is a result of our error – strictly at our own discretion. We will also consider refunds if the delivery of your order was delayed due to our error.
Refunds and Late or Missing Refunds
You will receive an email notification from us when we have received and assessed the condition of your returned item. All approved refunds will be processed via the original method of order and make take a number of days to be applied. If you have not yet received your approved refund, please first contact your financial institution in the first instance. Please note that processing times may vary from bank to bank.

Hendrick’s Gin is a distinctive and beloved gin, known for its unique infusion of botanicals. Unlike traditional gins, Hendrick’s is crafted using a blend of eleven botanicals, including juniper, coriander, and citrus peel, but what sets it apart is the addition of two unconventional ingredients: rose petals and cucumber. On the nose, Hendrick’s Gin offers a delicate floral bouquet with hints of fresh cucumber, followed by the classic juniper and a touch of citrus. The palate is smooth and complex, with a harmonious blend of botanicals, where the floral notes of rose are balanced by the crispness of cucumber and a subtle spice. The finish is long and refreshing, with lingering herbal and floral notes.
