If the item is not received, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or credit only when the returned product is received, unbroken and in a condition for resale.

Crafted from 100% rye whisky, this expression showcases a notable spearmint aroma, resulting from the gumtrees surrounding the distillery. During hot weather, eucalyptus oil is released and condenses on the grains at night, enhancing their flavour and aroma.

Production Process:
The 20% malted rye grain is uniquely smoked using dried sheep dung—an innovative method that not only adds depth of flavour but also exemplifies the distillery’s commitment to sustainability. Belgrove’s sheep graze on the spent grains from the distillery, their dung fertilizing the farm, and some of it is even utilized as fuel in the whisky-making process, showcasing the ultimate in recycling.
