Discover the White Possum Amaretto Liqueur 2024, a bold and uniquely Australian take on the classic Italian favorite. Made with Australian-grown bitter almonds infused in spirit for weeks, this Amaretto delivers a rich marzipan flavor with an extra floral boost from wild Strawberry Gum leaves harvested from outback NSW.
On the palate, it offers a full-bodied marzipan experience with a thick, decadent mouthfeel and a balanced sweetness - not overly sweet. The long, lingering finish is enhanced by the use of brown sugar, adding depth and complexity.
