CLAIMS, RETURNS OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- The Buyer has no right to cancel, or vary, any order for Goods after Jance Distillery has accepted that order.
- If for any reason Jance Distillery permits the Buyer to cancel an order for Goods, the Buyer must pay Jance Distillery a fee equivalent to twenty five percent (25%) of the price for those Goods that would, apart from cancellation of the order, be payable by the Buyer to Jance Distillery.
- If Jance Distillery accepts a return of Goods from the Buyer, any amount payable by Jance Distillery to the Buyer as a result of that return of Goods is not payable in cash by Jance Distillery to the Buyer, but may only be applied in reduction of the price payable by the Buyer to Jance Distillery for future Goods sold by Jance Distillery to the Buyer.
Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.

Crafting Process
Honey Mead Creation:
The alchemy begins with the creation of a simple honey mead which lays down the foundation for the spirit's distinct character.
Double Pot Distillation:
The heart at the centre of our process is the double pot distillation, a meticulous method that extracts the pure essence of honey and refines it to its most exquisite form.
Jance Distillery Rested Honey Spirit 700mL
The Rested Honey Spirit is a luxurious spirit crafted from 100% pure Australian honey and aged on virgin French oak for up to six months, resulting in a muted golden colour with a complex but smooth flavour profile. Sweet notes meet with tropical coconut and floral scents that will entice even the most particular drinkers.
Enjoy the Rested Honey Spirit neat, like a fine whisky. Pour it into a glass, give it a swirl, and let it play with all the senses to fully indulge its complexity and depth of flavours.
