Tasting Notes
Dark Label Sherry Edition investigates another style of Black Label. It's a whisky with all the nature of Black Label 12 Years Old with an extraordinary curve - part of the mix is developed in previous Sherry containers, giving the whisky a more extravagant fruitiness. Complex new organic product with plantation fruitiness, sweet vanilla and delicate smoke.
Profound golden gold. Very fragile by JW principles with serene smoke and repressed nutty delight, vanilla and tea scone fragrances; doesn't generally move after abundant air contact. Relatively weaken, quill weight whisky with somewhat fruity, slick malt and sweet flavor notes. Pulls up short. The Sherry isn't articulated, however it's sufficient to curb the smokiness commonly connected with this name.
