We’ve honed our craft into a precision process that respects the many elements shaping a Scotch Whisky’s final flavour and character, including the type of grains and yeast used, the shape of the still, and the length of time it’s matured in the cask.

Enjoy a spoon of Oscietra Caviar, ensuring the caviar coats the palate. Once swallowed, take a small sip of the whisky, let that intermingle with the flavors of the caviar, take 10-15 seconds to reflect on the waves of flavor on the palate and savor slowly. Repeat in this order, responsibly.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Notes of blood oranges and red berries, with sweet wood spice.
Appearance: A deep golden colour that’s burnished in the light.
Palate: Rich caramelised miso notes, including tropical top notes of grilled pineapple, rich cacao and blackberry tannin.
Finish: Cleansing mineral salinity gives way to a long, sweet, fruit finish.
