WHAT can be returned?
SkullandBarrel handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you have a valid reason for return, like not as described or you have doubts on the authenticity of the bottle please notify us within 1 day of receiving your purchase. If we approve your return, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of SkullAndBarrel
WHEN do items need to be returned?
10 days after the return is approved. We will provide a return label for you. Please make sure the goods are packed properly, if damage occurs in transit because of poor packaging, the refund might be less than your purchase price.
Kilkerran 8 Year Old Bourbon Cask Matured 2022 Release Mitchell’s Glengyle Distillery was founded by William Mitchell in 1872 and he ran the distillery as a sole proprietor before production ceased altogether in 1925. In November 2000, 75 years after Glengyle had last produced spirit, the buildings had been bought by a new company, Mitchell’s Glengyle Limited, headed by Mr Hedley Wright, chairman of J&A Mitchell and Co Ltd, and great-great nephew of William Mitchell, original founder of Glengyle. Kilkerran is the name that was chosen for the single malt produced at Mitchell’s Glengyle Distillery. Kilkerran is derived from the Gaelic ‘Ceann Loch Cille Chiarain’ which is the name of the original settlement where Saint Kerran had his religious cell and where Campbeltown now stands. This 2022 Release of Kilkerran’s 8 Year Old Bourbon Cask Matured spent eight years maturing in a bourbon cask before being bottled at a robust 55.8% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration. Nose: Honey, light peat smoke and tangerines, ham and mustard flavour crisps, costal sea air, salt, and brown vinegar. Taste: Tangerines, lemon juice and caramelised brown sugar. Finish: Peat appearing on the finish along with ginger snap biscuits that linger on for a good length. Please note: Springbank labels are extremely prone to scuffing. We cannot guarantee these items are like new.
