Aged twice as long as Knob Creek’s flagship bourbon, the18 Year Old owes its rich copper colour and deep notes of caramelized oak to its extensive aging in the Kentucky rack houses of the distillery. Nose: Rich copper tones with auburn hues. Taste: Full-bodied with notes of caramelized oak and hints of sweet vanilla and baking spices. Finish: Brown sugar and aged oak, with notes of char and caramel.
