We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
To return your product, you need to mail your product to: 11 Hill End Road Doonside NSW 2767.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.

Kraken rum is a spiced rum from the Caribbean and bottled in the United States. Named after the mythical sea monster, its packaging, history and colour are unique.
A Limited Edition from The Kraken Black Spiced Rum, this is the Dark Caramel and Cornish Sea Salt release. The flavour was born of the maritime myths of the rugged Cornish coast. As legend has it, terrified smugglers, fearful of the curse of the mighty Kraken, stashed a trove of contraband in a remote cove, including crates of dark caramel and barrels of delicious Black Spiced Rum. Lost for centuries, these exotic riches were dashed together by time, and preserved amidst the cool breeze and crisp salt of the Cornish Sea.
First introduced in 2010, Kraken Rum is a Caribbean black spiced Rum, produced by US-based Proximo Spirits. The base rum is a molasses-base rum from Trinidad where it’s made with locally grown sugar cane. Kraken Rum is inspired by the Kraken, a giant mythical sea monster. According to the legend of the Kraken, once upon a time in the Caribbean Islands, a ship carrying a large amount of black spiced Rum disappeared mysteriously and with it, all the sailors. Rumour has it that the ship carrying the black spiced rum was attacked by the Kraken as the monster resided in the blackest depths of the sea, emerging only to destroy and devour entire ships. Only one barrel of rum survived, stained by the squid's black ink and it was named ‘The Kraken Rum’.
