We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
To return your product, you need to mail your product to: 11 Hill End Road Doonside NSW 2767.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.

The Kraken Limited Edition series, known as Unknown Deep, has taken us further down into the murky black waters each year. Now 11,000m deep, we come face to face with the last bottle in the series, Copper Scar.
11,000m is as deep as it gets, the final resting place for all those lost at sea, whether they be unfortunate mariners or now forgotten shipwrecks. Among these relics you'll find all manner of strange creature, perhaps even a beast .. the beast, stalking the fiery, volcanic seabed.
Copper Scar gives us some inkling as to what it's like down there amidst the rubble and seawatered smoke. Blackened by volcanic fumes and coppered by years spent beneath the sea, the deepest bottle of Kraken Rum yet is a fierce alluring design.
This year sees a tentacle wrapped glass bottle featuring a premium printed capsule. Kraken Rum branding is emblazoned in copper, married with an alluring craquelure which alludes to the years this bottle has spent decaying on the ocean floor.
