To create DARK LARK 2025, the LARK team employed a considered maturation strategy. The whisky is initially aged in a selection of port, bourbon, and sherry casks before undergoing a luxurious finishing process in PX and Muscat fortified wine casks. This approach results in an indulgent, multifaceted profile.
Tasting Notes:
