Alcohol Policy

Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.

A Single Malt of rare depth, indulgence and elemental balance. Aged in first-fill vintage Seppeltsfield Port and Sherry casks, including a 100-year-old Australian Port reserve. Dark fruits and caramelised brown sugar lead to silky mocha and finishing with brandy snap sweetness.

The LARK numbering system serves as our recipe language, defining the key components of each whisky expression. No.285 represents the foundation and distillation process for Ruby Abyss.

Tasting Notes:

Dark fruits, caramelised sugar, golden raisins, chocolate and silky mocha. The nose offers dark fruits and caramelised brown sugar, leading to silky mocha and finishing with brandy snap sweetness fused with delicate Tasmanian peat smoke.

Nose: Steeped pears in aged dessert wine, amber raisins, caramelised Demerara sugar and a whisper of salted macadamia.

Palate: Lush plum preserve folded through chocolate sauce, with buttery croissant layers and a drift of earthy peat.

Finish: Deep fortified oak warmth lingers through spiced golden treacle, as candied quince and umami leave a velvety depth.
