We ship with Australia Post using their dedicated wine post service. All parcels are trackable and in most cases arrive in 2-3 days for east coast metro areas.
All orders will need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18 and can not be left unattended.
If no one is home your order will be sent to the nearest post office for collection.

Our notes
An Irish single pot still whisky from the Method & Madness series, which is finished in French Chestnut barrels.
Irish pot still whiskies are a unique classification to the country whereby both malted and unmalted grains are added into the mash. The practise comes from the historical practise of avoiding high taxes placed on malted barley and results in rich, spicy, resinous whiskies.
From the Distillery
Distilled at the Middleton distillery, this has been initially matured in a mixture of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, before they are married in French Chestnut barrels.
Rich and warm with Christmas spices, honey and orange peel on the Nose. Initial blast of sweet fruit on the palate with a mouth coating texture of fragrant citrus and cinnamon. Finishing with a rich and long lasting balance of fruit and spice.
