We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
To return your product, you need to mail your product to: 11 Hill End Road Doonside NSW 2767.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Aged for a full 12 years in heavily charred new American oak barrels, this release is known for its depth, structure, and rich barrel influence—offering a more robust and oak-driven profile compared to modern NAS (no age statement) versions that replaced it after discontinuation.
On the nose, it delivers bold aromas of toasted oak, vanilla bean, caramel, and dark spice, with underlying notes of leather and dried fruit. The palate is full-bodied and mature, showing layers of burnt sugar, honeyed oak, cinnamon, and subtle tobacco, leading into a long, warming finish with pronounced wood spice and sweetness balance.
Typically bottled around in its older 12-year form, it offers a stronger, more structured character than many contemporary bourbons.
Now increasingly sought after due to its discontinuation, the old Elijah Craig 12 Year Old bottling is considered a collector-favourite, valued for its traditional age statement, depth of flavour, and pre-modern Elijah Craig profile.
