Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

To return your product, you need to mail your product to: 11 Hill End Road Doonside NSW 2767.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Alcohol Policy

Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.

Jelinek Elixir Elderflower Liqueur is a delicate and aromatic liqueur crafted in the Czech Republic by the renowned R. Jelinek distillery. Made using fragrant elderflowers, this elegant elixir captures the fresh, floral character of spring blossoms balanced by gentle sweetness.

On the nose, it offers lifted aromas of white flowers, citrus zest and subtle honeyed notes. The palate is light, smooth and refreshing, with pronounced elderflower flavours complemented by soft herbal nuances and alpha bright, clean finish.

Perfect served chilled, over ice, or as a refined addition to cocktails, Jelinek Elixir Elderflower Liqueur also pairs beautifully with sparkling wine or tonic for a crisp, floral spritz. A versatile and sophisticated liqueur ideal for both classic and contemporary drinking occasions.
