We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Manastirka Šljivovica is a traditional Serbian plum brandy made exclusively from Požegača plums, with the name šljiva meaning plum and šljivovica referring to classic Balkan plum rakija. Produced by Prokupac Distillery, this expression is widely regarded as a benchmark style of Serbian plum brandy.
Požegača is considered one of the most aromatic plum varieties used in rakija production, prized for its intense fruit character and natural balance. After careful fermentation, Manastirka is double distilled, a traditional method that refines the spirit and delivers its signature smoothness without stripping away flavour.
Clear and bright in the glass, it opens with aromas of fresh plum, stone fruit and subtle almond notes. The palate is clean, warming and exceptionally smooth, with pure plum character, gentle spice and a dry, composed finish designed for slow sipping.
