We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through your CellarsMarket account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
To return your product, you need to mail your product to: 11 Hill End Road Doonside NSW 2767.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Bin 311 Chardonnay is a beautifully crafted multi-region wine that embodies the winemakers' philosophy: “we always go where the fruit grows best and where it best suits the style.” First produced in 2005, Bin 311 is a reflection of this philosophy, utilizing only the highest-quality fruit, including select parcels originally intended for Yattarna Chardonnay. Its focus is not on terroir, but on crafting a wine from high-altitude, cool-climate fruit that enhances its refined profile.
In 2018, the sourcing of the fruit expanded to include cool-climate regions across Australia, such as 43% from Adelaide Hills, along with fruit from Tumbarumba and Tasmania. True to the Bin 311 style, the wine displays vibrant lemon and lime aromas balanced by a mineral backbone. It is barrel-fermented and matured in seasoned oak, with minimal filtration to preserve the wine’s delicate fruit character.
This Chardonnay is a light straw color with a nose brimming with citrus, grapefruit, and white peach. Subtle notes of sherbet, chamomile, and goats cheese add layers of complexity. The palate delivers a perfect balance of freshness, richness, and generosity, with a slightly fuller body compared to previous vintages while still maintaining the signature Bin 311 mineral acidity and structure. Rockmelon and white peach flavors are prominent, with hints of sherbet and fresh lemon tart, and a touch of creaminess that rounds out the texture. As always, Bin 311 Chardonnay offers exceptional value for its quality.
