We ship with Australia Post using their dedicated wine post service. All parcels are trackable and in most cases arrive in 2-3 days for east coast metro areas.
All orders will need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18 and can not be left unattended.
If no one is home your order will be sent to the nearest post office for collection.

Our Notes
A lovely pale, salmon pink colour with beautiful, shiny reflections.
The nose is quite delicate, fruit-forward, clean and complex, with notes of fresh red fruits, peach and some subtle floral hints.
AIX Rosé 2021 offers roundness on the palate and a beautiful aromatic depth, before finding freshness and some minerality in its long and precise finish.
Winemakers Comments
‘’We’ve never encountered a harvest as early as this one,” says Eric Kurver, winemaker at Maison Saint Aix. ‘’Harvest used to start at the end of September: this year we began on the third! The changing climate, along with this year’s growing conditions, leads to the grapes’ early maturation. They were fully ripe, with good acidity and an excellent balance between fruitiness and freshness. In my experience, this is one of the best AIX vintages ever."
About the Winery
Drawn from one of Provence’s most celebrated terroirs, AIX Rosé is created to be the purest possible expression of what a rosé wine can be.
There’s a reason Provence is the birthplace of rosé. With mineral-rich soils, 300 days of sun a year and the cooling Mistral winds, it offers the ideal growing conditions for Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes, the classical Provence blend used to make AIX Rosé. Maison Saint Aix is one of the largest domaines in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation.
At 420m above sea level, it's also one of the highest. AIX is a well-balanced premium Provence rosé made to be shared.
