Alcohol Policy

Buyers must be at least 18 years old and located outside a designated dry zone to purchase alcohol.

To honor Alexandre Gabriel’s 20th anniversary as Master Blender, we created Plantation XO 20th Anniversary using a blend of quintessential extra-old rums from Barbados.

Over a decade later, we are still very proud of this rum as it continues to receive praises and top awards.

First aged in bourbon casks in Barbados for many years, this rum is then sailed across the ocean in barrels to the southwest of France to be further matured in small Ferrand French oak casks.

This centuries-old “double ageing“ process imparts incredible smoothness and complexity. It unveils a sophisticated palate of chocolate, vanilla, ripe banana, roasted coconut and a hint of fresh mango notes. With a remarkably long finish, Plantation XO 20th Anniversary is truly a rum to savor.

"On the nose, the Extra Old offers vanilla, butterscotch, banana, coconut, and oak. The rich and creamy palate starts with ample baking spices - nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar, followed by caramel, citrus, and oak. The long, buttery finish offers more spice and oak, as well as notes of orange peel, coffee, and chocolate." - Daniel Djang, Distiller

Tasting Notes:

Nose : The stunning floral/fruity opening aroma is transcendent, then releases fragrance of vanilla, cocoa and milk
chocolate.

Palate : The delightful mango notes lend evidence to its advanced age, a result of long maturation in French oak cask.
